permissions 2: son of permissions

Neuro is a very powerful character who is capable of doing loads of wacky things. Luckily for everyone, most of them are active abilities that I can deal with on a case-by-case basis! The one thing I'd like permissions for is his ability to sense energy/movement in other beings. Just answer these questions, and you'll do me a big favor!
Neuro doesn't hide his own presence beyond assuming human form, since he only had to fool humans. Other supernatural beings/people with supernatural being-detecting powers are free to recognize him for what he is.
Thank you!
Naruto Uzumaki
Yes... and no. Naruto is a human but has a monstrous beast sealed inside of him.
2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this?
While the Kyuubi gets called a demon in canon sometimes, he's not actually a demon. You can read up on the Kyuubi over here.
3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this?
Nope, not anymore. All of his tragedies are pretty much solved and accepted the things that have happened to him over the years.

2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this? Not unless you're on Red and have to deal with her. But no, she's totally human.
3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this? She originally came to the CDC to use them to find her father's killer, but he's been since dealt with. :|
I'm not sure if it counts, but Shinobu's put herself on another path of vengeance, but this time for Dagger's death. She's keeping it on the down-low and not planning to act on it anytime too soon, but in general she's actually very good about keeping her emotions in check. However, if Neuro's especially good at detecting these emotions, touching on the subject of Dagger or Honey will make it evident that she definitely has some strong, negative emotions going on even if she'll seem completely cool on the outside.

Human and yes!
2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this?N/A3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this?
Nope! None of that with him.

alice quinn
detectable human! she was briefly an elemental of magic (other) and it's canonly left some traces, but she's human now, so i'm good with whatever or however you wanna play it.
2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this?
N/A, though she had a minor demon sealed in her back right up until coming to CDC, so again i'm good with whatever there.
3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this?

2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this? NO DEMONS NEVER DEMONS GET AWAY
3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this? HA... ha...
Feel free to sense, abuse, molest, w/e Ciel's terrible past and unsolved mystery. Bully him gently about it. Bully him roughly about it. Make him cry. Make him so angry he pours boiling tea into Neuro's hands.

He's human, but has part of the
essence of death saled inside him.
2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this?
N/A
3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this? Y, a lot actually. The whole mystery about the shadows and whats causing them, why they attack humans, the Dark Hour etc.
Cole.
Not human, buuut due to canon differences I'd say Cole registers as 'other!' Neuro, you demon......
2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this?
If you'd like Cole to have a whiff of 'demon' on him, I'm down for that, but I don't want to break Neuro's brain.
3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this?
Oh my gosh yes this sounds fun as hell. The oldest and strongest tragedy involves the original Cole's death-- though Cole has found who let it happen, he doesn't yet know why or what for. The topic is an extremely personal one, as he feels he should've been able to keep the mage from dying.

2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this? N/A
3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this? Kael's life is full of a series of unfortunate events, but none of them are unsolved. He knows exactly who's responsible for screwing everything up.
Amber
2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this? She's devious but not demonic.
3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this? Amber blew up half a continent and would have wiped Japan off the map if she wasn't stopped, but she has a marked lack of emotions regarding either. Both were done for cold logic and self-preservation.

3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this? Not what I'd list as a TRAGEDY, but Ratchet is the last of his species in the universe; the rest of his race willingly relocated to a different dimension, before he is old enough to remember. He's mostly come to accept not knowing the whereabouts of this location, (having attempted several times to locate it) since it's currently so far out of grasp, and so his feelings about it are not intensely negative, but it definitely gnaws at him. He says he's not bothered by it, but it's an unanswered question that leaves a serious gap in his world, and he's certainly more troubled by it than he let's on.
