IC PERMISSIONS

Neuro is a very powerful character who is capable of doing loads of wacky things. Luckily for everyone, most of them are active abilities that I can deal with on a case-by-case basis! The one thing I'd like permissions for is his ability to sense energy/movement in other beings. Just answer these questions, and you'll do me a big favor!

<b>1. Is your character human? If yes, can Neuro detect this? If no, can Neuro detect that your character is not human?</b> Neuro can only differentiate between 'human,' 'demon,' and 'other' based on energy signatures and molecular movements. <b>2. If your character is a demon, can Neuro detect this?</b> <b>3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this?</b> <u>The more active negative feelings your character has about the event, the stronger the signature will be to him</u> - so events that are either relatively recent or very major (or both) tend to be strongest.

Neuro doesn't hide his own presence beyond assuming human form, since he only had to fool humans. Other supernatural beings/people with supernatural being-detecting powers are free to recognize him for what he is.

He's human, but has part of the
essence of death saled inside him.

3. Lastly: Is your character a perpetrator or a victim of an unsolved tragedy? Can Neuro sense this? Y, a lot actually. The whole mystery about the shadows and whats causing them, why they attack humans, the Dark Hour etc.
